I have just renewed my Electricity Business Contract through this Company and Claire White has been very polite and assertive in dealing with quotations and finding us the cheapest prices. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

l was contacted by Claire White who said she would get me a better deal on my electric bill for the next 2 years l have been with Eon before and she advised me to stick with them she handled the transaction on the telephone in a professional manner and offered us a better deal than Eon had thank you Colin Blundell.

This was the first time I have used Energy Advice Line and it is certainly the best price comparison/broker service I have used. Beth was extremely helpful (and not the least bit "pushy" - a welcome change to previous experience) and although the process of changing supplier was unavoidably lengthy, she didn't rush, ensuring I understood the information being given and the agreement being made. It was made a straightforward process. Friendly service counts for a lot too and Beth scored top marks on this.

I have to be fair I hate the 3 months before my electricty contract comes up for renewal, I get bombarded with calls and it really annoys me. So when I came across Energy Advice line website, I was quite relieved, simple to use. The gentleman who called me back was polite, helpful and 'NOT PUSHY' so he got my business

Honest, friendly and efficient, I have dealt with them for approximately 5 years, and have always had the cheapest deals with a no hassle approach.
