I ordered some down lighters & replacements lamps for my son's kitchen & hallway to replace some existing abused lights. They were delivered next day but unfortunately due to an error on my son's part they would not fit the existing apertures. A phone call to Downlighters Direct was met with a very positive response. I was able to return the originals for full credit & the correct sized replacements were delivered next day. Excellent service all round.

These 6W 40deg. Philips Dimmable GU10 LED lamps were ordered from the "Downlights Direct" website and arrived almost the next day. They were well packaged and, as described, they fitted exactly into the existing lamp housings to replace the Silvania GU10 halogen spotlamps we had been using - Excellent service and delivery.
