Products are good but had to wait for part of the order which ended up being faulty. When item return was told there was 4 day turn around. Which ended up being 4 day turn around after they have processed on a Saturday. So not a great experience.

When I telephoned to seek advice on the type of light which would best suit my purpose, the assistant was very helpful technically and also directed me to their current cut price offers. Ive no experiance of LED down lighters so bought some for my bathroom to experiment and see how many I would need. I bought three and now think I only need twp. My lights arrived very quickly indeed, Im very impressed.
I have made numerous orders to Downlights Direct and the services has been patchy at best. Two orders we delivered with items missing and the last one with the wrong items. All orders have been significantly delayed. This is very frustrating when you're managing a tight building schedule.
