I ordered some lights on-line but ordered the wrong ones. I called the site and spoke to a really helpful guy Matt who sorted out the correct ones for me to reorder and helped me return the wrong lights. The refund was very quick, at the end of the week that I returned them. The only niggle was that I had to pay for the return myself and reorder new lights rather than then sending a returns label and me just paying the uplift which I would have preferred. Having said that, I would use them again if I need other lights but will check I have the right ones first time.

Product was shipped very quickly and was well packaged. The shop has a good selection of light fixtures of excellent quality. I only wish the website allowed for the purchase of the downlight fixtures without having to purchase bulbs as well to complete the order.
Typically, I would shop for my down lights in retail store as I would need to ensure they correct to my specification. However, downlights direct provided me with so much detail that I wasn't in any doubt about the product I was buying. They also had the largest specialist range of products that I couldn't find elsewhere. Really happy with my product.
