I have had prompt and courteous service with both designers and admin support. All three approved designs were exactly what I was looking for. Support was very quick to respond to an inquiry about uploading a file. The website was a bit confusing to me though ...where to go to do what...but just took longer to figure it out.
I received 96 designs from 29 designers from all over the world. It sure beats going to your "Ad Agency" and getting a couple of ideas from the same people...plus got it all for $279. My winning designer was very flexible and provided multiple renditions of the winning design. Multiple digital formats are included in a zip file.

We are a film company getting started in United States, someone told me to use Designcrowd for our company logo design. At the beginning I was very skeptical and was looking for a local designer rather than trying my luck at a website but I gave it try after weeks of searching for the right local designer with out any success. Once in designcrowd I liked one of their designer but this designer declined our proposal, we contact designcrowd in order to get assigned with another designer that we Liked and they assigned us with our second pick, Sergio Coelho, Graphic Designer from Brazil. After all, we are very glad that the first designer declined our offer because the results that Sergio Coelho gave us was exactly what we were looking for. Within 4 hours he provided us with 3 designs, after choosing our concept and requesting some changes, he did make the changes with a very positive actitud and with no hesitation. Within 24 hours our company has the logo that will be representing us. I recommend Sergio Coelho and will be working with him for other projects. After this experience I learn not to be skeptical of the unknown rather dive in and you'll probably find more than what your looking for.
Great site, I gave my brief to designers and was very happy with all images produced and when requested small changes to the one design that court my eye it was made within a couple of hours. Now I have my company logo that I wanted. Highly recommend this service
