Our accident was probably one of the worst experiences my son and I had. The one bright spot from the accident was Craig Swapp and Associates being there when we called. While on the outside, the case seemed kind of straightforward, we found out it was anything but that. It was confusing and there were struggles as we went along. My journey was a long one. Obviously, that wasn't the fault of Craig Swapp but I am so happy it's finally over with! The get go was a little bumpy, trying to get all the information together. Trying to remember where I'd been and what I'd been seen for. But with consistent checking, Craig Swapp was able to make sure I had every bit of information to them. I got offered a settlement about a 1.5 years after the accident but it didn't even cover the cost of the medical bills...not to mention the attorney fee for their work. Finally, just 2 months shy of the 3 year mark they offered a new settlement for WAY more than I imagined. They called to tell me what it was and asked my permission to try to push for slightly more. Amy, my caseworker, did an AMAZING job at getting me way more than they initially thought. She kept me up to date about what was happening and checked in on me frequent. She was very nice and easy to work with. I could tell she cared about getting me taken care of. Overall, I'm happy with the way things turned out!

My elderly parents were T-boned in an intersection by a driver that ran the red light. The other driver was fine, but both my mother and father had to be transported to the E.R, The ironic part was, they were driving to the hospital as my mom was scheduled for by-pass surgery that morning. It took a great weight off of my mom and dad and they were able to concentrate on recovering. Unfortunately, both of my parents succumbed to their injuries in less that one years time. My experience didn't start off so well as I eventually had I believe 3 lawyers assigned to me (not sure what happened to the first 2) & finally I was left in the hands of Steve. I was obviously hesitant at first seeing as how they kept dropping like flies, but in the end, Steve was the best fit for me. He handled my case professionally & got the ball rolling. After a very long almost 2 years, the case is done & while I wish things would have turned out a little different, I think he did the utmost wonderful job! I would hire him again in the future if need be.

The car accident put me in a hospital. I never thought about contacting lawyers until finding out the car that hit me was stolen. My car insurance wanted to pay at minimum which covered only a small fraction of all the bills. A friend referred Craig Swapp. Paul Child and Amanda took care of my case.
