My case manager (Robin) went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. She was always accessible, and definitely a pleasure to speak with each and every time! From start to finish they did a wonderful job. When they came out to our house after the accident it made things so easy on me. They took care of so much of the paper work, and phone calling. When we settled they were right on with how much they thought we could get, and took care of all the bill paying. All we had to do was go pick up our check at the end. My experience with Craig Swapp was wonderful. The car accident was a very traumatic experience both physically and emotionally, and having to deal with many medical providers plus the health and car insurance companies was extremely stressful.
