We had our wreck in 2014, when a young girl, texting and driving, blew a stop sign. She was unhurt, but at fault. However, she only had the state minimums, so we thought we were done, even after two major surgeries and a lifelong injury resulting from the wreck. We took a chance and hired Craig Swapp, and Dan Jenkins was assigned to our case. Dan worked wonders for us. He got our medical bills taken care of, and gave us a chance to breathe. My experience at Craig Swapp was truly excellent! My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. I worked with Lee Peterson and Vanessa Price and they were both very kind and helpful! They made the experience extremely easy and painless. I live a very busy life and they were great about working with my schedule and making the whole process extremely easy! Overall experience has been okay I have never been through this before so I have nothing to compare to and didn't know what to expect going into this. Robyn has been great to work with throughout the process, she is the only I have worked with and is not an attorney. I have done a little more than I thought I would need to by going with an attorney as far as working with drs and hospitals on medical bills and payments (my own misunderstanding as far as what the attorneys do) other than that things have gone smoothly. My case has not been settled so to rate my overall satisfaction I think is a little premature.
