I had an excellent Experience with our And Alicia they were very focused And worked tirelessly on my case my case was very difficult and was not easy the 1st case was a 3 year journey that they went with me on and the 2nd one was roughly 10 months we had Upson Downs in regard to situations with doctors and others involved in the case and both RJ and Alicia Worked countless hours on trying to help me and my family. Through office timeframe my mom passed away and they sent flowers to the funeral home which was amazing that they took the time and effort to do that really made me feel special and showed that they cared about me outside of the case there are 2 excellent people at your facility and I highly recommend them on a personal and professional level. Absolutely AWFUL!! Masters of deception. My guess is that the ONLY 5 star reviews you read are cases they settled with a simple letter to the "at fault" insurance companies. AND read all of their "generic" responses to negative reviews; BS words trying to keep their face......They ONLY care about cases they can settle super quickly. I got hit by a car in the cross-walk jogging, and who did I call?? I got suckered in listening to the "One call, that's all" deception they advertise all over. Don't suckered in just because they have tons of money to advertise!!!! They spent over a year "pretending to be working on my case........ After 18 months of supposedly fighting for me, I received a letter stating that they were dropping my case because they couldn't "hack it." I immediately found another lawyer at ADAMS DAVIS law firm, and within 8 months my case was resolved! I received a settlement for $61,000 tax free (in my pocket.) All it took was a hard working lawyer to threaten, and follow through with litigation....... CASE CLOSED! If Craig Swapp can't settle outside of court, they just throw your case to the bottom of the stack........ sure, they tell you it's progressing BEWARE, there talk is cheap, and steer clear from this wannabe law firm!!!!!

They tell you they will take your case for free and everything else at the start. Then when it comes down to it they won't take it to court unless you fork the money out yourself. Most all of the small settlement went to them. I would definitely recommend anybody else. Live and learn I guess. Generic lawyers. Eric A.

Evan and Melanie did a great jog to make this process as quick and stress free as possible. Would get updates on our case constantly. They did a great job on our case.

My son was hit by a truck while riding his bike. Totally the truck driver fault. Craig swapp team told us we were looking at 50,000.00 or more, after their cut. He ended up with 13,ooo.oo. Not even enough to buy a new bike. Reason why? The driver's insurance only covered up to 50,000.00. And by the time the insurance paid the hospital bills, it didn't leave much. It took months and the whole time, they (swapp) kept telling him (My son) that they were looking at him getting at least 50 to 60,000.00. They should have known from the very beginning what her insurance limits were and not promise something they couldn't deliver. Would not recommend to anyone.

my experience with Craig swap and associates was great this was the first time being in this type of situation and Rayna L. Girtz talked and helped me threw every step of the way if I am to ever be in a car accident again in needed a lawyer again I would defiantly be going back to Craig swap and associates

I was in a crosswalk with the "Walk signal green" and a taxi came reeling around the corner and hit me. It knocked me on the hood of the car and I fell into the street, by Davenport in downtown Spokane. Ambulance, Deconess, Life Care. Very painful, many dark days. I didn't know anything could hurt that bad and leave you alive. . I was so very fortunate to have Alacia Duffy and RJ Ermola as my legal team. They were both very kind and caring. Alacia Duffy is like a teacher, explaining each legality and dollar amount clearly and patiently. RJ Ermola was just what a person wants in a attorney, friendly, concise and thoughtful. They answered all and I mean all my questions, promptly. It gave me the strength to work harder and to get better. And RJ came right out to my home when I had questions. How does it get any better than that? Craig Swapp knows what he is talking about when he says "One Call that's all," because an injured person is in so much pain and fear of their ability to care for themselves in the future, that doing anything more than making "One call," wouldn't be physically or mentally possible.

Bad experience. Very unprofessional from the beginning.Spokane office the worst. Lost my appointment. Jennifer from Spokane is very rude and unprofessional. Hire real attorney.

All around a horrible experience. Was advised NOT to file short term disability with my employer to maximize my settlement amount, which in turn lost me my job due to time off due to surgeries and other dr. Apts. And when the at fault insurance company refused to settle, their firm dropped my case declining to go to court. Needless to say leaving me jobless and in medical debt to the tune of almost $35,000.00 I had to retain a new firm to actually be a real lawyer and go to court on my behalf. Robyn and her team were very polite, but when it comes to being real lawyers beware, when the going gets tough they crumble and run. Will never recommend or retain their services.
