THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! in my longer-than-10-month case, i never once was invited to meet with lawyer, Paul Swainston, or his assistant, Emily! We had many issues concerning information being relayed. I never had the chance to give the details of my experience in order to strengthen my case, so without me even knowing, emily and paul sent my outline to the insurance company. they heard back and got the first offer and i kid you not, had to bother them in order to find out what this sum was. I’m so disappointed with the amount i got and feel as if i could’ve done a better job fighting for my case. they we so impersonal and didn’t put any effort into helping me receive relief from the traumatic accident i was in. i would not under any circumstances advise anyone to let craig swapp represent them. they take no pride in their work and didnt do anything to help me. they just wanted quick money and don’t care that i wasn’t fairly compensated. i wanted to fire them but didn’t know how exactly. i’m very disappointed and this year-long process was unbearable. please don’t ever waste your time hiring these guys. find a lawyer who will care about you and will try to understand how painful this time in your life is. find someone with integrity who cares that you’re put in a painful, uncontrollable situation. i was compensated 40 hours of work missed out of 178 THAT WAS RECORDED. they assumed that work was not vital to me because of my age which shows how careless they are to the details of your life. i was not compensated nearly enough for how life altering this experience was. once again, my lawyer to this day still doesn’t have all the information. i would’ve fired them and taken this to court but i’m moving it of the country and they said there wasn’t any way to be represented here. this process could’ve been started 10 months ago but i was just a back burner case that would make them some quick money eventually. paul also misinformed me of how much my final check would be and said he felt bad and would give me more money, but didn’t. they don’t follow through, they don’t try to do a good job, and they don’t care. their careless actions have caused so many problems for me.

My son and I were in a head on collision accident. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault. My son had to have abdominal surgery where he lost part of his lower bowels.
