I have been very happy with the service I have had with Paul Child's and Everytime I had a question and called into the office the call was transferred to directly to Paul, if he was not available I would leave a message and all my messages resaluted in a call returned the same day. I had what most would consider a small accident in the drive thru at Starbucks. An unlicensed young girl mistook the gas pedal for the brake and slammed into me. Driver who hit me had minimum insurance and caused 25k in damage to my car and put me in the hospital. Farmers local claim agent offered me $700. I didn’t receive what I would consider proper compensation but Lee did get my car paid and medical paid and received a settlement . Hire an attorney like like lee at swapping.

so far so good...I have had a very good experience so far...Michelle and Paul seem to have everything under control and were always available to me in Person or via phone or e-mail...although I have not received a settlement as of yet (it is being processed and negotiated) I have no problem recommending them...they are good folks...I never felt like I was just a number...Michelle rocks!
