I was referred by a neighbor after my accident. I’ve never been in an accident prior to this one. The other driver was at fault but my case was not a simple open and close, unfortunately. Or at least that is how it seems. I don’t know who the attorney is on my file, never spoke to him. I was told almost a year later “that my file will now be a priority”, not sure what it was before?! If I don’t reach out, no one clues me on what is happening. I’ve never been in this situation, so I am giving CS the benefit of the doubt here. But I feel extremely clueless and lost.
