So I started out with a different attorney but they were not doing there job. When I called Craig Swapp they came to my house and we went through everything that happened. They assigned me my paralegal and my attorney. My paralegal Morgan is so Amazing! She always keeps me informed and cares about my injuries and how I am feeling. I know all my medical expenses and she tries to explain all my questions so I understand. If I contact her she always gets back to me in a timely manner and doesn't leave me waiting. Even though my case is not settled yet I am definitely glad I made the call to Craig Swapp. I have also told everyone how Amazing they are and if I ever get in another accident they will be my first call again.

I had initially gone with a different law firm for my auto accident. Before finding out any liability, or Underinsured coverage I was told that all my medical will be taken care of. That's all I wanted for the pain I was having to be taken care of. As I got into all the scans, treatments, physical therapy, pain injections, etc. Then I came to the conclusion that back surgery was my only option to help the numbness in my legs, and back pain. Once I got to this point and scheduled the surgery, I was told that I would go over the amount of the settlement. This was the first I heard there was a limit. Now that I had a surgery date, I was told that I needed to cancel it, because I would have to pay the law firm their percentage, and then pay the additional amount over the settlement amount. I would have to pay the insurance company back for a surgery that could have been covered without doing a settlement. How would that make you feel? You have to cancel surgery, and then reschedule it after you get a settlement amount. Do you think medical insurance can figure that out, and take your settlement money? I didn't feel good about it, plus my legs were going numb and I needed the surgery.  That's when I called Brad at Craig Swapp & Associates. He and Aylin put together a plan, and assured me that I could keep my surgery date. I was excited to be able to have the surgery, and that first time I got up to walk - I knew that the surgery had worked. I was so relieved to be able to stand straight again, and walk without pain.  Brad and Aylin were diligent in finding ways to help me out. They were able to get all my medical paid for, and also get me a settlement. They were always kind when I talked to them and explained different issues to me, I felt they were genuinely on my side all the way. To this day, I am so grateful that I switched to Craig Swapp & Associates, and able to have the needed surgery to correct the numbness and pain in my back. I have a good relationship with Brad and Aylin, and still keep in contact. I know if I need anything from them, they will help. They truly are good people.
