When my husband and son were injured in a car accident that was not their fault, it totaled our truck and injured my husband's leg. Unwisely, we did not get an attorney and got a pittance from the other driver's insurance - barely enough for a down on another truck. So when I was rear-ended on the freeway in Spokane in 2019 - seriously damaging my new 2019 Subaru and giving me painful neck and shoulder injuries, my husband immediately called Craig Swapp & Associates to see if they could help me. We worked with John Ralph and Lee Peterson, who have made the process understandable and kept the lines of communication open. As someone who has worked as a legal assistant in a law office, I appreciate the way this office is managed. John and Lee are attentive to the needs of their clients and one or the other always gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time to answer my questions and address my concerns via text and/or email. Lee and Andrew did a great job with my case. They were available to answer my questions and spent time explaining sources of confusion to me. I was originally offered $2997 by one of the insurance companies and Lee was able to get it up to $10500 with nearly $6000 in my pocket versus the original $2000 I would have received. Insurance companies are ruthless and don’t care about the injuries you sustained. I’m grateful to have put my case in their hands.

Overall, my experience with Craig Swapp was positive and the legal team worked very hard for me. The experience started off on shaky footing with my lawyer and the assistant not communicating with me and then my legal team was changed without anyone informing me it had changed. I called and spoke to my new lawyer, Mary Manley, and she apologized profusely for the company oversight and was great to work with for the rest of the process. The process of reaching a settlement for an injury is long (around 1 year for me), but Mary and Heidi kept me up to date the entire time. I especially appreciate Heidi's dedication to getting all the health insurance things sorted out because there were a lot of providers she had to work with. I also appreciated how she always responded to my emails and texts with 24 business hours. The settlement they were able to get me was very satisfactory and I am grateful I chose them to represent my case.

Kurt London and his team were exceptional!😊 They went above and beyond their way to make sure that I was taking care of! All the medical bills were paid, and I still received compensation, in spite of a greedy chiropractor that was very challenging to deal with!
