K9Initially I had trouble with the legal assistant, a male, who's name I can't remember. Amy has always answered my calls and passed on any concerns to my attorney Rochelle Larson. My attorney had quite a bit of difficulty with the adjuster and obtaining medical records. Overall both Rochelle and Amy treated me very well.
