I had the tip of my right index finger cut off in an accident at the end of February 2020. About 3 to 4 weeks later, I contacted Craig Swapp & Associates to see if they would be interested in taking on my case. I was very glad when they said yes. My attorney was RJ Ermola. Most of the contact was done through a case manager and I enjoyed working with mine. RJ was able to get me a satisfactory settlement in a timely manner. From the time of contact to the attorney’s office to the time the settlement reached my hands, it was nine months. I had to endure two weeks of stitches and several weeks of healing and physical therapy. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the folks that I came into contact with for my case. I fell on the ice in March, 2020 and had major surgery on my leg and also back surgery due to the fall. I had 2 plates put in my leg and 30 screws. My leg will never be the same!
