In the aftermath of an accident, there is so much to navigate and it can be overwhelming/stressful. The attorney, Colton and paralegal, Jamie were easily accessible; rapidly responding to any questions I had. I received timely updates and clear, easy-to-understand explanations as the process moved along. I'm grateful to them and their team for helping me through this difficult time with minimal effort on my part.

Good experience overall. Kurt was very responsive to all my questions and did a great job keeping me updated with what was going on. The case manager was not the most on top of things though. I called and asked for a current billing total from care providers since they were directed through Craig Swapp per their advice and she didn’t have any idea of what the total was so I asked if she could find out and please let me know. She said sure thing and never got back to me. Then at the end of treatment it took over a month to get my documents because they were waiting on the facility to send them but the she had only called them once at the beginning of the process. I called her a month later and asked what was going on and she had no idea if they were on the way or if there was a problem or anything. So I asked if she could call again or if I needed to get the documents for them. She said she’d call again and turns out they had just forgotten and sent them before the end of the week. There probably should be better follow up on situations where the customer is waiting for a response and there is none or when things are dragging on there is no follow up at all. I understand it’s a big firm but if I get assigned a person or team, I don’t expect to fall through the cracks.

My case was complex due to the seriousness of the accident but my attorney Brad Anderson and his assistant Amanda have fought for us relentlessly ! Brad is a man of integrity and always had our best interest in mind during this process. His knowledge of the law and perseverance have certainly contributed to the success of our case. Amanda was just AMAZING! She has worked so hard and is the sweetest person I know. She has so much empathy and truly cares about one's trials which lifted a lot of the burden I felt. She has been very responsive to all of my questions and will always take the time to explain and keep me updated on my case.
