Very happy with the speedy service, excellent value for money in comparison to other companies. Love the look of our new contemporary radiator.

Bought rad a few weeks ago. Needed the delivery on Wed 16 Dec but was told that it would have to be Thursday 17 Dec but was confirmed that it was available for that date. Was phoned on Wed (We were not in) and no real message left, only "phone us back" but no phone number left. Finally found number as not the same as this company name. Phoned back but after 5pm and no reply. Phoned 8am Thursday to be eventually told that they did not have that size of rad. Intimated that I had hired plumbers for that date. Was eventually offered the rad to be delivered today, so asked plumbers to change plan which they agreed to. As at this moment I have just received another phone call asking if I can take delivery tomorrow. Don't belive IT, told them no since plumber already changed their schedule to accommodate. No idea what will happen next.

I have looked all over Internet for a company like this top quality de-luxe radiators very good price and delivery spot on ordered Friday delivered Monday can't ask for much more just wish I had bought valves had to pay alittle bit more at local diy shop for them near same price as radiators

Easy to use website, easy transaction, efficient delivery service.

I ordered a fairly large radiator, choosing their cash on delivery option. All good so far, My wife got a phone call saying it would be delivered on a Monday, Kitchen fitters and In laws were in all day but Nothing turned up. I left an email asking for a call back to which no reply. I phoned the colindale depot and was told to phone Brian at the croydon branch, I explained that the croydon branch is pretty much permanently engaged having never gotten through.response was well i'm in the same boat as you if you cant get through neither can I but he would keep trying. I got brians email address and left an email asking for a phone call with a time of delivery but as to this time still nothing. Honestly....... stress that I didnt need as I needed the rad sometime this week, the company is not bothered in any way , no customer service willing to help in any way at all. I would never use columnrads again or recommend them, just very poor service from start to unfinished
