I've read some of the negative reviews about Citizen Meds, and after being a customer for almost 3 months. I'm convinced that people 1. don't know that the B12 shots cause the medicine to be pink, 2. are just impatient and expect their product the next day after ordering (meanwhile, the actual name brand products have wait lists several months long so count your blessings, and 3. probably have mail going to junk and are too extra to check it *eyeroll*. My product has ALWAYS shipped out in the window that they quote for processing. Always ships out in 5 days or less.
