I ordered a Lelit Bianca Espresso machine on black friday, but was told that unfortunately, due to high demand, the machine was out of stock, and they had to order replacements from the factory and it could be up to two weeks before it could be dispatched. This was initially worrying, and reviews here made me wonder if this was going to lead to further disappointment. However, I was emailed this news on Monday, and the machine was dispatched that Friday from Italy. Today, Monday afternoon, the machine has arrived, and it is incredible! I'm so happy I bought from them.

I love how Caffè Italia are very supportive and patients to any issues that happened to my machine. I truly appreciate this support because without them I wouldn't able to fix my machine thank you guys again !

I have just recently started to use Caffe Italia and I must say they are the most friendly trustworthily people I could ever have to know, I mainly deal with Marco who is a great help and know ‘s what he is talking about I get all my equipments from them very happy

Our coffee machine arrived in under two weeks, and worked perfectly. It was in great condition, contained the instruction manuals, and the correct plug adapter for Ireland. I deducted one star as the website implies the machine is to be delivered through Amazon, and is trackable, this is not the case. In saying that, I would order through caffe Italia again.

I was told my order would arrive in 3 working days. It took more than a week. Also the power cord had a continental plug. Additional information Since I posted my review I have been contacted by Caffeitalia via email. They insisted that a UK plug was included. I can categorically say that the plug included was a 2 pin continental, and there was no adapter included. As it happens the power cord from my older Gaggia Classic fitted the new Gaggia, so I didn’t have to contact them. I only answered the review when I was emailed to do so. I thought my review would be used to help with customer care. Instead I have now been told on 4 separate occasions that the correct plug was included. There was a CONTINENTAL PLUG and there was NO Adapter.

Unseriöse Firma hatte schon seit einiger Zeit eine Kaffeemühle gekauft die immer verstopft und beim Kundenservice Stößt man nur auf taube Ohren da kann man nichts machen nur putzen

Probably the best customer service I have ever recieved. Very knowledgeable and helpful without the hard sale. Ordered the Rancilio Silvia V6 2020 + Rancilio Rocky and some accessories. The order was shipped only 2 hours after I placed the order which is brilliant. Got the package delivered 4 days after in Dubai with Dhl and that’s even better.

These folks have been great for me and my Saeco Incanto. I've had a few repairs over the 3 years I've had my machine and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They have provided advice and expertise and are very competitive with their pricing. They are honest and they truly love coffee and their customers.

Ordered grinder on Friday, delivered on Wednesday. Perfect, no hassles. Last star would have been given if they had sent an email or text with exact delivery date.

Always great tasting coffee beans: I occasionally manage to extract a slight hint of chocolate, but haven't yet been able to reproduce this intentionally! Delivery is always quick and hassle free.

Product arrived earlier than expected, well packed and in new condition. I had no trouble following the directions for 'commissioning' the machine; after that I tried pulling a shot. Used pre-ground Lavazza Oro; fine for a moka pot, but too coarse for Europiccola. Nonetheless, what I pulled out tasted like a good strong coffee, but without crema. Since then I have experimented with various grain sizes in my hand-cranked grinder, and think I now have a good setting for grain size. It's a beautiful machine.

No reply to my emails. Also caffè Italia did not inform me on my delivery date, therefore I had no idea when my order would arrive .

I am happy with my Coffee Maker machine. I could have had better updates in the expected delivery, however.
