I'd never heard of Bozowi until I was doing a price comparison for my iPhone 4. I was a little nervous to sell to them but they offered a fantastic price and the reviews were good. Their service was really speedy and I liked the fact I didn't have to leave my house to send it to them with their free courier service. I'm really impressed and shall be using Bozowi again!

I had a item, that wasn't listed so i contacted bozowi to ask them if they would be interested. I had an email back straight away with an offer, i posted it wednesday, and the money was paid into my account on the monday. Brendan was so helpful, his customer service is excellent! Sent my 2nd phone into Bozowi, this was my daughters phone. This had a minor fault on it of which i was not aware of, and Bozowi got in contact with me regarding this, and i must say that the whole process was pleasant and polite, and Brendan really does bend over backwards to assist and help in every way. I will be telling all of my friends and family how easy it is to sell to Bozowi, and how Customer friendly they are. Any email sent was answered straight away and not with the usual stock reply that other recycling companies use, i got a personal reply with the answer to the question i asked. When I received the offer I was a bit unsure as it was the same as my phone was selling for on the well known auction site that starts with an e! When I carried on reading an saw free collection by UPS from my door I thought I'd give it a go. Picked up Friday and money in bank Monday at price offered. I'm that stunned I've written this review which believe me I dont normally do. A1 too class service. Will definitely recommend and return next time I have a phone to sell.
Went I had a small problem with the website I was worried but helpdesk was helpful and got everything sorted. From placing order to receiving money it was only 3 days. Best price by far too. Can highly recommend!

Bozowi offered the best price on my iphone 5c, £50 more than Mazuma offered. UPS came to collect the phone from my house on the Thursday, parcel arrived at Bozowi at close of business on the Friday, payment received on the Monday, fantastic.
The website was really easy to use and the delivery/ introduction pack arrived promptly. The whole process was super easy and the payment was quickly dispatched.
They do what they say. Can't really put it any other way. They also keep you well updated with whats going on. I'd use this company again in the future or happily recommend it to anyone whose selling a phone now. Prices are competitive, I hope they keep this up in the future.
