Sent Steve an E-mail with a question and he came back within a day with the answer. The package arrived in Perth, Australia 12 days after order confirmation. Everything stated on the web page is as it is. Fitting instructions - READ THEM TWICE BEFORE STARTING!! Following instructions step by step is really easy and practical. Putting it back together with the new riser was straight forward and logical. Make sure that everything is tightened to the correct specs as per instructions. Great product and riding position now heaps better than standard, bike actually feels lighter at low speeds as well. Cheers Steve, awsesome product, extremely high qaulity workmanship.

Ordered, received with quick delivery and installed Bike-Quip's Crash Bars with two intentions; 1) as the best insurance in protecting the original mint panniers and 2) to give me an ergonomic lift point to upright the bike in a back to bike leg lift. The bars fit and look stock, very nice quality Unknown to me and as a pleasant surprise, my bank card was refunded a portion of the lower actual shipping costs from the higher original invoice shipping cost. I ordered the Honda ST1300 Crash Bars from Mr. Bielby in the UK. I have made literally hundreds of online purchases through eBay, Amazon, etc. but this purchase was the absolute best online experience. To me, honesty is the most important element for an online retailer. When I placed my order the total for the part was £155.00 GBP. A very fair price for the part I was looking for. Going through checkout was extremely simple even though this was going to be an international order from the UK to the USA. When I got to shipping I was quoted £36.50 GBP, Again, coming from across the pond I'm not going to quibble about shipping fees. The transaction was made, I got an email notification of the order and all is good. The next day I receive an email from Bike-Quip letting me know I received a £10.00 refund for shipping! Now that's what I call an honest man! I would have never known the difference. I was so impressed with the integrity of Mr. Bielby I called him up and thanked him for his honesty and for supplying such a nice piece of safety equipment for my Honda ST1300. He was very gracious on the phone and thanked me for the call. I wish I could by this man a pint! Now for the product. It came very well packaged with extremely fast shipping. I ordered this on a Monday night and it was delivered to me the next Saturday! The crash bars are of high quality as are the included parts to install. Speaking of, the instructions were concise and complete. Install took less than 15 minutes. The outcome is a pair of excellent looking crash bars to help protect my luggage and I think it makes the bike look better. The brushed silver color was an exact match for my bike too. Again, this was an excellent part and transaction. If you're holding back ordering from Bike-Quip because you are unsure about making an online order or an international order, don't be. Order with confidence. You will receive a fair and good deal and a high quality part.

Fast and fair!

Fast shipping from the UK to Canada, easy to use web site, clear instructions on line, now I just have to fit them. October 25th 2023 and some warmer weather and I finally installed the luggage guards in my bike. It took maybe 20 min. I had no problems fitting them at all. I just made sure I could turn them into the correct position without scratching the plastic trim once the first bolt was in. Easy peasy. Look decent too.

Purchased the frame protector kit for my 2012 ST1300. Product came quickly considering it shipped from the UK to the USA and was exactly as described. The installation instructions were perfect. I couldn't be happier but wish I could include a photograph with my review.

I bought the 21" gray. Here is the good part, it does help with the turbulence behind my head because it deflects the wind higher over my head. However, it did not help my wife it seemed to move the turbulence to the back of her head while riding with me with the screen lowered. She needed to get very close to me to alleviate it. It did much better with the screen up. When riding in the rain for 4 plus hours at a steady speed of about 70 mph we did not get wet at all with the screen up. The not-so-good, although the visibility of the screen, even with the distortion during normal dry riding is okay, not so much when it rains. I really struggled to be able to see through the screen, I had to lower it below my eye level on most occasions to be able to see. On another note, one thing I was able to do with the stock screen was that during rainy rides, I could lower the screen enough to channel the wind toward my helmet visor to clear the water drops from it. With the 21" screen I couldn't do that because the wind never hit my face, always above my head. Hence I decided to purchase the 20" clear. Unfortunately, they do not allow returns or exchanges if you mount the screen on your bike since it may leave mounting marks. There is no other way to find out if it will work for you if you do not mount it and take it for a ride. Nevertheless, I still like the product, it does solve the turbulence behind my head while the screen is up. To the point of purchasing another one. This one will be 20" clear. I will report after I test it. Hopefully, I will be able to sell the 21" gray to offset the extra expense.

The St1300 screen repair kit is a fit and forgot product. The machining of the parts is sublime and easy to fit thanks to the website video. It's very refreshing to see that there are guys out there who look at a problem and say i can instead of putting in the bin. We live in a throw away society so it's great to have someone like Steve who seen a problem and i can. Well done that man.

Ordered the crash bars, 20'' ex wide windscreen, front fender extender, rear shock protector, screen mech repair kit and som other minor stuff to my ST1300. Top quality products, good communications upfront, very well packaged and quickly delivered. The windsceen is a lot better the the original. Nothing to complain about - highly recommended.
