Great service. Very professional. Spoke to them and the hot water system was installed in 2 days. Great price. Wish I got the bigger system but it's too late now.
I learned of 60Shades via the government solar energy rebate website. I contacted three companies there and obtained quotes. All were keen, but 60Shades went the extra mile and gave me options including the Emerald heat pump unit that I had decided on via reviews and recommendations. There was no pressure to buy or lock in an early contract and staff promptly got back to me with answers to my questions. The price was about $200 cheaper than the nearest competitor and this included removal and proper disposal of the old gas unit. Delivery staff confirmed by phone prior to arrival and were on time. Same goes for the installation crew who did an efficient and neat installation and then cleaned up. I couldn’t fault this whole transaction and would highly recommend 60 Shades to anyone.
