Purchased an HON file cabinet at a Thrift Store, it was locked and no kay available. Went online and found this site. Ordered, was filled promptly and correctly at a great price.
The key worked fine when received, my only complaint was the way it was shipped. In a simple number nine envelope with my address on it could barely be read by the post office or anybody for that matter I was lucky to even receive it.

Timeliness
The seller of a nice filing cabinet unfortunately did not have the keys. Trouble Free Keys offered replacement keys, so my wife and I took advantage of their services. Within 24 hours our request was processed and on its way. The keys arrived in a nice package about three days later. Both keys appeared to have been cut well and were clean of any burrs. Both keys operated the lock resulting in "a trouble-free experience." The Trouble Free Keys Team came through quite nicely.
Ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. The key came with thorough and well-presented instructions. The only issue I had on my HON cabinet was that it required more force than I expected to initially insert the key. This made me think at first that the key wasn’t right. There appears to be a brass mechanism just inside the key hole that you have to press out of the way as you insert the key. This could be clarified in the instructions.
