booked a week in advance, told them i have only one day they could come per week due to my sons health issues. they booked in for 10am rang them 21/2 hours later here i sit. rang them no one can come today.

The workman who carried the work was excellent . The only blemish was the mixup of the appointment. ( please take this as constructive criticism) thank you ROSS.

On noticing possible termite activity I contacted Rentokil/Adelaide Pest Control. They responded very quickly with one of their representatives on-site the next morning. Brian, the sales representative, was helpful and knowledgeable giving us the confidence to select the organisation to fix our problem. Matt, the licensed technician, was also knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of what was being done and why. He worked efficiently and very cleanly (important since the carpeted areas had just been steam cleaned). It was also helped us understand the extent of the problem as we were able to view the subfloor activity under the various sections of the house when Matt placed the camera in the floor space. On the basis of this contact to-date, I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation to resolve termite issues.

Our service man is the most polite guy ever. He's always friendly, knows our names and is doing a great job.

As usual excellent service and very happy having a pest free working enviroment . I would give 10 stars but am only permitted to give 6 🙂
