Great service all around and contractor sent out to spray my home was so helpful and was most happy to answer all my questions and did a very thorough job.
I had a Pest Technician come out on Friday 20/03/2020 Andrew Webster to spray for spiders, he was very good. Full PPE gear worn Safety around the house and what to do after the spraying has been completed explained. Andrew was very helpful and polite.

Excellent service offered by Andrew. I had requested and was expecting Ebony to arrive so when Andrew turned up I was a little surprised, however Andrew offered to reschedule the inspection, however that wasn’t needed. Andrew did an in-depth inspection, offered his advice and took a common sense approach. He explained everything in detail and I was very happy with his attention to detail and level of service. FYI to the schedulers in the office. When I booked the inspection I specifically requested Ebony. I was told that my inspection would be carried out by Ebony. Imagine my surprise when Andrew Websters arrived - he is very definitely not a female. Please take note - if a female is requested then there is probably a distinct reason why. I felt very sorry for Andrew who was not aware of my request, to his credit he was thinking on his feet and offered a selection of options for me.
Dave was great as usual. He's a great asset for Rentokil.
