The Taylah Cooper came twice to our store once on 6-6-19 and again on 12-9-19....I (Store Manager Damita) wasn't available on his first visit 6-6-19 but I did see him on 12-9-19 and he was argumentative with me. I suspect that he just thought that I was a worker and I had just started.......I have been managing this store for the past two and a half years and I know it inside and out.......I tried to explain to him where the bait boxes were but he didn't listen he mistakenly thought that my store was another store that he had visited.....in his haste he neglected to bait all of the bait boxes......if he ever comes back here again I hope that he realizes that I have completely new staff.......I also hope that he makes sure that he does a thorough job and ask to speak to the store manager!.......thank you Damita

When I experienced billing issues with Rentokil's eastern states office, the local office (Perth) were highly professional and went out of their way to sort things out. With the recent inspection of my property, the service was conducted in accordance with all Covid-19 precautions, and my concerns regarding pest activity were listened to carefully and acted on.

The serviceman Wilfrid knows the pest control business and goes above and beyond his required and agreed service duties. The service manager Sanjay David also took the time to both contact and meet with me to insure that we had the best service in place.

Andrew was very polite and efficient. Careful to clean up afterwards and be cognisant of virus restrictions. His offsider was very good too and got on with the job efficiently, obviously learned from a good mentor.

Matthew Fowler is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional technician. He provided advice and information on the baits and traps, how they work, how the pest reacts to the poison, I was was very impressed, he deserves 10 stars.
The office gave me a timely notice of when the inspector was next in my area and then worked with me to book in the ideal visit appointment. The technician arrived dead on time, performed the inspection thoroughly and quickly. I received the report via email on the same day of the inspection which showed how wonderfully efficient my local office operates. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
