I run 3 restaurants and using Paymetryx terminal on all of them. Really happy with service as there is no PCI fee, and hidden charges. Really happy with customer service and reliability definitely recommend to everyone. Dangria J Smilte Restaurant Leyton and Harlow Berneliu Uzeiga Peterborough

Avoid at all costs. I have a card machine with this company. The card machine failed which can happen. I contacted paymetrix and after doing some checks it was agreed to send me a new machine. This is where the real problems began. I was advised the new card machine would be with me in 24-48hrs which is acceptable. It never arrived so I contacted them and they said it had been sent and should be with that day. It is being delivered to a shop which is open all day. It never arrived. I contacted them yet again and was told that the courier had failed to deliver but there was no reason and that it would be delivered next day. It never arrived so I contacted paymetrix yet again and spoke to Austin who told me they had failed to deliver again and that we had refused to receive the delivery. When I tried to explain that we are a shop and that anyone can just walk in I was told that I was refusing to sign for it. When I tried to reason that as a small business who’s only revenue comes from face to face customers I was desperate for the card machine. Austin still continued that we were refusing to take delivery. This went on to the following week when I was beside myself with rage. After going over all the same details it transpired that they had sent it to the wrong address. Somehow Austin assured me that this was not his fault! He arranged a new delivery but it was still going to the wrong address. Whatever he says it is now definitely their fault. I asked the question why a new machine could not be sent out to the correct address but I feel this may have cost them extra so they didn’t do it. In all this went on for three weeks before I managed to spread to the director. He accepted they were at fault and sent a new machine to me. Ironically both machines arrived on the same day some 4weeks later. This was totally unacceptable and should never have happened. As soon as they new the address was wrong they should have sent a new machine out. Austin should never speak to a customer in the way that he did saying I didn’t want the machine that I desperately needed! I was advised that they would get the machine to me, than follow up with service. Instead I got my invoice for a machine I didn’t have! If you value customer service or need a working card machine I would avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for now but will be leaving at the first opportunity.

Terrible company never answer the phone regarding any issues just plain unprofessional. Overcharged me as well stay well clear.

This is one of the worst company to deal with, first of all singed me up on a fake emails and bank statement. Stole 5k from my account going to the personal which the statement was. Now, asking me to pay monthly rent for the card machine which I have never signed for. Also, no one is there to discuss or help you with the matter. Stay away from this fraudulent company!!!

I was at a stages where I needed a service that I could trust and depend on anytime day or night. After speaking with Gillian Spencer within seconds I discovered that Paymetryx was exactly what I needed and to this day many many years later nothing has changed.
