Very nice customer service

Excellent Customer service. Many ways to contact service center. Mr Kuldeep Singh takes care of his customers effectively and promptly. Help in technology is provided as and when you request. No delays and has alternative methods to tackle any technical issues when using the card machine. Online platform is great too and helps us to receive payments on time. No hassle at all. Overall, excellent choice of having Paymetrix services at our college - Harrow Independent College.

Smooth communication

We received a number of cold calls about changing our current card payment system to Paymetryx, after explaining we weren't interested and refusing to visit the website whilst on the phone the caller started screaming at us so we hung up. They called back a week later and we asked them never to call us again after explaining we wouldn't work with a company who talk to prospective customers like this. They still call weekly.

Mr Kuldeep Sing your job is excellent service

I’ve spent over a week dealing with this company. Trying to get an answer to even the most basic question is difficult. They repeat the same lines over and over again. As they cold called me at a time when I was considering a new card machine I entered into discussions with them but lack of professionalism lead me to question their legitimacy at first. I continued cautiously but had concerns over their customer service and what would happen if something went wrong with the card machine. Worldpay may be expensive but you get a machine next day if it fails. I’ve now told them I won’t be signing a contract and I’ve blocked them on WhatsApp. I’ve never had to do that with a business before. Also as they are calling from India they didn’t seem to be able to grasp that I won’t be opening emails when it’s 8pm here. They lie and tell you they are in London. They are not.
