Claudio was very helpful in resolving an issue with a sofa that was well worn. After looking into cleaning and trying to find replacement parts he helped select a new sofa the tenant was happy with and even helped organise redelivering the old sofa to us so we can look into renovating it at our leisure. Throughout the entire process he was professional and quick to respond to my emails.

Our Flat was coming up for renewal in 3 months time. But Abby was proactive in getting in touch with the tenant to agree the price. Every thing was so efficiently sorted. Abby kept me informed at all times during the process.

Been with them for almost 7 months now. They were super pushy when we were signing document, telling us important information last minuet and wasting our time. We moved in to a flat which clearly had a poor cleaning and inventory to the extent were broken and unsanitary items were left. It took us 3 months for it to be agreed that we could dispose of these items. The bathroom had extreme mould in which clearly hadn't been treated and bad water damage with silverfish. I had to buy my own products and removed it within two treatments. The extractor fan unit has been broken this entire time. Even though we have told them about this from the start, they still wont issue any repair work. Due to water damage everything break super easily, mould in the bedrooms. We issued repair jobs and they come back to us and say due to use refusing a 3 hour job previously (bare in mind we waited in all day and the repair company came at 6pm to do a job we was not expected/complained about) they are being difficult to have workers some out to perform an urgent job. Honestly the most incompetent workers I've ever encountered, even management will just refer you to complaint process with no actions. They are 100% in breach of contract.
