I've had good experience with my Property Manager Leo Leung. He has always been very efficient and helped me to sort out some tricky issues, I would definitely recommend Leo, and Life Residential in general

I never leave reviews, but I have to say that Life Residential are by far the worst group of people I've ever had to work with. Our property manager changed every 5 minutes (probably have such high turn over of staff cuz this agency is appalling) , no one would ever update us, they never knew what was going on with anything - I literally had to remind them that my tenancy was ending, terrible customer service, everyone I encountered was extremely rude. I would avoid them at all costs.

I am so unbelievably frustrated. Our radiators have been making a loud hammering sound for almost 5 months, they have sent multiple workers in and no one has fixed it yet, they think they know what the problem is and are waiting for a part but no word on when. And it is progressively getting worse. The worker who apparently figured out the problem decided our hot water tank was too high so he turned it down. We do not have enough hot water now for two showers, never mind dishes and everything else throughout the day. We have visitors coming starting in three weeks and what are we supposed to do? Our LR rep is a very nice person but hasn't been able to really do much so far. So we have not had enough hot water for about three months now and I'm beyond upset. What am I supposed to do? Just keep the immersion button on?? The fact we have been waiting this long is insane!

I would like to comment on Kalidass Uvaraj, a senior property manager with Life. My previous tenant has disputes with bills and charges which has exceeded his deposit. Kalidass has provided information and assistance to the adjudicator for the arbitration. During the whole process (around 3 months), he has been thorough with the claim details and prompt in his replies to my queries. The outcome of the arbitration is satisfactory; Kalidass has certainly been instrumental in ensuring a smooth process.

I had a great experience with Abby Gooptu, who works in the contract renewal department. She was very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. She did not spare her efforts to make the process quick and straightforward. If I could only say the same about the flat managing agent...

I communicated with Nick from life residential throughout my tenancy at canary wharf. From the very start, he was very professional and swift to answer any query/problem. In multiple occasions he solved some problems with my minimal involvement. I wish him & life residential all the best.

Amrita Rathod was helpful in renewing my rental tenancy quickly. One feedback I have though - Understandable that agents earn through the landlords and tends to be landlord-biased but in a landlord's world it would be nice if agents helped tenants exercise what a tenant should consider (eg: quality of building etc.) before renewing terms
